So what is the right diet plan? A healthy balanced diet is always a good idea. But to help you lose weight quickly, you'll want to practice what is known as calorie shifting. This is where you eat more on certain days. This tells your body to keep your metabolism high. Thus, you avoid having to eat less and exercise more to continue losing weight.
